1 year success story from Emily. She started at the gym at 154. had prior Gym experience, started out 3 days per week and then increased to 5 days most weeks. During that year she lost 30 pounds of her own accord and discipline. She struggled with the last 20 and couldn’t figure it out. She began nutrition coaching with us and very quickly began to see the results she was looking for. To her surprise the weight just kept falling off. She is lighter than she has been in a long time, and stronger than before. All of her top lifts have improved steadily. The best part about it is we have gotten a plan that she can sustain for a long time to come. No fancy diets, not super restrictive, and she is enjoying the meals.
